Cisco Missed Call Notifications and Alerts to Email or Webex Teams
Configure missed call notifications to users via email or their Webex App. Call Telemetry automatically pulls users, their email, and extensions from one or more Cisco Call Managers. Missed calls are automatically detected and email or Webex notifications are sent to the user. Unity Connections is not required for this solution. The solution also logs calls made while the phone is offline.
